Mayo-Curry Dip:
- ½ tsp curry powder
- ½ cup mayonnaise

- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 chipotle pepper (seeded and chopped)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp adobo sauce (optional)
- 1 pc lime (juiced)
- 1 pinch salt
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until everything is thoroughly mixed. Transfer to a plate and serve with any dipping you like. Try substituting the mayonnaise with sour cream for a different variation.
Chip Dip:
- 1 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp onions (chopped)
- 1 ½ tbsp mayonnaise
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl making sure that everything is well incorporated. This dip is great for fries and other fried items like vegetables.
